What IP does your "first computer" pick up?
This sounds like you DON'T have DHCP server turned on, on the D-LINK router.
Does your first computer have a static or dynamic IP address?
If it has a dynamic address then you most likely have to go into the D-Link and increase the DHCP Address Pool size from 1 to 4 or 5.
